Pokemon Sleep Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped radishes
- 1/4 cup chopped hard-boiled egg
- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped croutons
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Tips:
- You can add or remove any ingredients to suit your taste.
- This salad is also great for meal prep. Simply make a large batch on Sunday and eat it throughout the week.
- For a more filling salad, add some cooked chicken or fish.
