Giorgetti was born on 19 December 1966 in Cazzago Brabbia, Italy.
He graduated in business economics from Bocconi University in Milan and began his career as an accountant.
He entered politics in the early 2000s, becoming a member of the Lega Nord party.
Political Career
Giorgetti was first elected to the Italian Chamber of Deputies in 2001.
He has held various ministerial positions in the Italian government since 2018, including Minister of Economic Development and Minister of Infrastructure and Transport.
In October 2022, he was appointed Minister of Economy and Finance in the government of Giorgia Meloni.

Giorgetti is married and has two children.
